What is YourBridalNow?
YourBridalNow is a standalone workspace for bridal retail. It brings appointments, contacts, inventory, purchasing, sales records, tasks, and reports together. The product is in preview and continues to develop.
Can I try it before creating an account?
Yes. Explore the demo with sample records and try the working calendar, customer, inventory, and order workflows. Demo changes are saved separately for your browser and are never copied into a new business account.
What happens when I create an account?
Choose a username and password, name your business and first store, then save your recovery code. You begin with an empty business workspace. Your saved records are associated with that account and are available when you sign in again, including on another device.
Can I manage more than one store?
Yes. The workspace supports multiple stores within a business, store-specific views, and membership permissions. Separate businesses keep their own records. Team invitation and customer-facing access currently use verified ChatGPT sign-in; username accounts are not automatically linked to existing invitations.
How much will it cost?
Launch plans and prices have not been announced. The current product preview includes a demo and account creation. There is no subscription checkout or payment-card collection for registration today.
Does it process cards or send automatic messages?
Not yet. You can record payments and refunds that took place elsewhere, and prepare message drafts. Integrated card processing and automatic email or SMS delivery are not connected. Smart Flow steps currently require staff review or processing.
Can customers book online?
The app has configurable booking and website forms with store links and a submission review queue. These customer-facing flows currently require verified ChatGPT sign-in to submit. An appointment request reserves a time only after staff review and save it.
Is it connected to BridalLive?
No. YourBridalNow is an independent product with its own accounts and data. It does not connect to or sync with BridalLive.
How do I recover my account?
Use Forgot password in the sign-in dialog with your username and saved recovery code. Keep that code private. Resetting your password replaces the code and signs out other sessions. Email-based password recovery is not available.
Should I use the preview as my only business system?
The preview is intended for evaluating the workflows while the product is being developed. Review the current capabilities and keep your existing operational records and processes in place while assessing whether it meets your needs.
